CommGate is a Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) that focuses on commercial properties for sale or for lease in Texas. Property information is submitted by CommGate’s members, who list their properties on our website. Data also is gathered by CommGate’s research staff, which surveys and updates over 8,000 properties in the area each quarter.

CommGate’s membership fees work on a member-by-member basis. The subscriber fee is $195 per quarter, inclusive of applicable sales tax. (CommGate charges a quarterly membership fee; there are currently no additional sign-up or cancellation fees involved.)
Public Property Search on CommGate.com
The general public may view some of this data for free by using the Public Search tab on our homepage. CommGate members use a password to access a larger, more detailed database of properties, as well as tools for preparing research reports, marketing flyers, aerial photos and specialty advertising.
CommGate Associates

Any person or company can join CommGate as an associate. However, you must be licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission to advertise properties for sale or for lease.
