CommGate is a Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) that focuses on commercial properties for sale or for lease in Texas. Property information is submitted by CommGate’s members, who list their properties on our website. Data also is gathered by CommGate’s research staff, which surveys and updates over 8,000 properties in the area each quarter.

Consumer-Facing Search
The general public may view some of this data for free by using the Search tab on the CommGate website. CommGate members use a password to access a larger, more detailed database of properties, as well as tools for preparing research reports, marketing flyers, aerial photos and specialty advertising.
Listings Shared with Other Sites
Your listings are shared with HAR.com, the Texas Realtors website, Moody’s Marketplace, local economic development sites, and throughout the Moody’s network.
CommGate Associates
