- 811 Main Continues Leasing Momentum in downtown Houston

✅ Latham & Watkins leased 26,763 SF, expanding its total footprint in the building to 103,336 SF

Woodside acquired a 200,155-square-foot, four-building office campus in northwest Houston. The campus has been rebranded as Saddlebrook Place. Hiffman National is providing property and construction management.

Sail Holdings acquired a 63,750-square-foot industrial flex property at 13000 Murphy Road in Stafford.Austin Dabbs of Lee & Associates represented seller Rycore Capital LP, while Mason Alsbrooks of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
- Gutor Electronics America Leases 90,000 SF at Houston Point 290
Gutor Electronics America leased approximately 90,000 square feet of industrial space at Houston Point 290, located at 9210 Highway 6 North in northwest Houston.Robert Johnson IV and Charles Fertitta Jr. of Hughes Marino represented the tenant. The landlord, Creation, was self-represented in the transaction.

Bleecker Partners acquired a 28-building industrial portfolio totaling approximately 880,000 square feet across the Houston market.The portfolio includes properties within:
