His expertise encompasses real estate underwriting, asset management, development, and energy efficiency, having inspected, financed, or asset-managed over 18,000 properties across 45 states. In addition to his role as President of a Municipal Utility District and Redevelopment Authority, he is an active volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and has longstanding ties to the University of Texas system, reflecting his commitment to community and education.
