When Mark and Sylvia, our husband and wife duo, decided to open the office in 2009 they made a promise that their goal is to make every client feel secure. Rafail Insurance was awarded “Farmers Rookie of the Year” here in Houston in 2009. With clients realizing that service at RIG is unmatched anywhere else, the group began to grow.
